Up to 60 minutes, with each speaker kept apart, so the draft knows what you said and what the child or parent said. Keep working on the note while it drafts.

The scribe suggests each goal's level of assistance and progress, highlighted until you accept or change it. Codes, units, times and signatures stay yours, and nothing is saved until you save.
Consent first, deleted after
Nothing records until the therapist confirms the patient or guardian agreed. Audio is processed on Google Cloud under a HIPAA business associate agreement and deleted as soon as it is transcribed.
Schedule by describing it
Type or say "every Tuesday at 10 for 45 minutes, 12 weeks" and the appointment form fills itself in. You check it and save.
Pay per use, not per clinician
No AI subscription for each therapist: $0.10 per started 3 minutes of audio. A one-minute dictation is $0.10; a 45-minute recorded visit is $1.50. It shows on its own line on the monthly invoice.
